David has over 20 years’ experience in the Life Science industry having worked across numerous business domains for large scale pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies such as Gilead Sciences & Eli Lilly. With a particular focus on the product lifecycle, he has led multiple digital transformation initiatives from Process Development, Clinical MAKE & Supply, CMC, Tech Transfer, Manufacturing Quality & Supply. As a Managing Director in the Accenture Life Science team, he was responsible for developing their digital thread strategy for Life Science, working with clients to unlock business value through the digitization of their processes. David is a key member of the Pangaea management team ensuring strategy, operations and culture come together to deliver on the clients’ vision.

Founder partner and CEO of ESP (founded in 2002), a company focussed on MES and System Landscape consultancy, ESP had a global reach and a client list that included all the major biopharma companies. ESP was acquired by Accenture in 2019 and Liam became the MD responsible for business within Accenture. Liam recently joined Pangaea Life Science Solutions with responsibility to develop the European operations.

Thomas is an SAP Solution Architect with over 25 years’ extensive experience in Life Sciences software design and delivery. His unique ability to work at a granular level while simultaneously leveraging a sound understanding of big picture concepts, makes him particularly effective in lead roles. Thomas excels at assisting clients with systems strategy and road maps as well as identifying the technical foundations underlying clients needs and vision related to the full product lifecycle from product development (PLM) to manufacturing (EBR) and batch release. Sean has nearly 20 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives across the life sciences industry. He has held senior leadership roles at Resilience, Accenture, AstraZeneca, and Bristol Myers Squibb, delivering complex programmes that span IT, manufacturing systems, and operations.
At AstraZeneca, Sean led global project delivery across Operations IT, helping define and execute digital strategies that improved efficiency and enabled large-scale system integration. During his time at Accenture, he advised major biopharma clients on digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 adoption. Most recently at Resilience, he was responsible for Manufacturing Systems and Technology, driving innovation across multiple production sites.
